LOCATION: Downtown Honolulu HOURS: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday MINIMUM EDUCATION: College degree JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist in appraising residential real estate. This encompasses the following duties, but not limited to: assisting staff appraisers with data collection and administration, analyzing data, compiling comparable sales, writing reports utilizing computer and appraisal software, and performing other related assignments as requested by management. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (applicant may be tested on grammar knowledge necessary for job) Basic math skills (applicant may be tested on math knowledge necessary for job) Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to use independent judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality on matters Detail oriented Ability to meet deadlines Takes direction well Punctual Positive and proactive attitude!
