Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Supervision on call center staff. - Daily call monitoring and performance feedback. - Training new employees - Prepares product or service reports - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; working with warehouse to make the job get done. - Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer?s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Location: Albuquerque Compensation: 29k - 77k Telecommuting is ok.
