A family owned and family-oriented property management company. We own and manage multi-family residential properties in Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for an Assistant Community Manager for our SE apartment. Duties include: • Assist in marketing the apartment community and generating traffic • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, etc. • Schedule leasing appointments • Prepare Move-out reconsilation • Present the available rental units through personal tours • Prepare spreadsheets and other reports for the manager as needed • Input data to our property management software • Qualifying prospective tenants • Prepare work orders & convey resident service requests to maintenance • Work with tenants to resolve issues • Assit with rent collections Requirements: • Must have at least 2 years of recent experience leasing apartment homes • Experience with Word and Excel • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Ability to prepare spreadsheets and other reports for the manager as needed • Bi-Lingual in Spainish a plus Pre-employment background check / drug test required Benefits include: Paid vacation , quaterly bonus, training classes for CAM certification, may include 2 or 3 bedroom apartment including utilities (if you choose to live onsite) Location: Albuquerque SE Compensation: Based on experience $9 - $12 Hr + bonus + 2 or 3 bedroom apartment Principals only.
