Full-charge Bookkeeper Wholesale distribution company is seeking a dedicated, motivated, experienced bookkeeper to take charge of accounting for company. Requires 2-4 years experience in general accounting procedures. Candidate should have extensive software skills,(including but not limited to excel & quickbooks) internet research abilities and strong organizational and communication skills. Candidate will be expected to: • Maintain all books through adjusted trial balance. • Record sales, expenditures, assets, and performs monthly Bank reconciliation. • Analyzes and corrects current period errors in general ledger • Does payroll. The right person will have flexible hours, excellent working environment and flowers weekly. Can be part time to full time, temp to perm. Salary competitive for this position. Review in 3 months.
