We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, organized individual with administrative experience to take on the role an office administrator and manager. Responsibilities include: Maintain customer contact. Create work orders, documentation, tracking, Assist as needed and verify customer payments against invoices. Contact customers for billing Assist sales staff with customer mailings and conferences Maintain calendar Maintain customer files Review and assist with contracts. Work directly with designers, directors, technicians and engineers on product development. Software requirements: Mircosoft Office Suite other graphic/webdesign programs a plus.
