I am in need of an administrative assistant to be paid as an independent contractor. Tasks include faxing, phone calls, typing cover letters, typing contracts (fill in the blank, not that hard), filling in misc forms. Potentially running errands to fill flyer boxes, occasionally going to the post office. I am a real estate consultant and the part time help we had is not able to put in enough time. We paid her $100, as an independent contractor, for each closing we had. Applicants need to be willing to put in the work ahead of time as we are not paying on a hourly basis.
