Paint Manufacturing Company is looking for a Customer Service Manager. Needs be personable and work well with others, Have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers regarding product questions, billing issues, shipping problems and a number of other customer support related issues. Must be able to learn our extensive product line and standard operating procedures. Duties: Managing Customer Accounts- Making sure orders are entered, checked, and shipped in a timly manner. Assisting customers with questions, disputes or any other customer related issue. Any other duties required.
