Commercial real estate brokerage and development firm seeks an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to handle all administrative and accounting duties for office, and provide assistance to agents. Real Estate licensed preferred but not required. Successful candidate must be highly organized and able to multi-task, with excellent communication skills. Administrative experience is required, and applicants must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point) and Quickbooks. A bachelor’s degree and/or experience in the real estate industry preferred.
