Duties include: - Answering Multi- line phone system and routing calls - Protecting Managers from solicitors and time wasting calls - Order Entry - Responding to customer E-mail - Dealing with customer praises, problems, and complaints. - Occasionally helping Shipping and Receiving (light weight) - Parts delivery occasionally - General office duties that make everything run smooth: Faxing, Copying, Filing, etc. Minimum Qualifications: - Fantastic customer service skills - Experience in customer service and general office duties a must - Ability to Multi-Task is critical - Good organizational skills are needed - Keyboard skills for data entry - Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft - Website Experience is desirable - Superior People skills are absolutely a must - Minimum high school graduate - some college/trade is a plus - Dependable transportation General: We are a ’nontraditional’ company that works within the firearms industry- If you hate firearms or hunting or you are afraid of firearms – do not apply!
