Immediate need for office assistant a seeking team environment.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates and assists when necessary in planning and executing company events.Perform routine administrative support such as copying, faxing, filing and distributing mail/ office deliveries on a daily basis;Manage time cards, payroll, taxes and high-level financeEnsure office area and conference rooms are well organized and clean, facilitate meeting preparation and coordinationNegotiate vendor contracts and pricing as neededPrepare offer letters, administer proposals and contracts to potential employees or contractors.Participate in back-up reception rotation ? lunch and break coverageOversee purchasing of office and kitchen supplies including coffee, soft drinks and snacks
