We are looking for a competent person to assist office personnel. The existing staff may call upon you to assist them with Bidding, Reviewing Contracts, Submittals, Material Procurement and Progress Billing tasks. This means a “General Understanding” of the construction process is a bonus but not required! If you are eager to learn more about this industry, this would be a great place to start and learn. Most importantly we would like to hire someone who is outgoing, friendly and one who works well with others. If you do not work well with other people, this job is not for you because we work in a small office environment. This position requires you to work with customers and vendors, professional written and oral communication skills required. This position requires you to work on a computer. We will train you to use our industry specific software; however you must understand and use Microsoft Excel and Outlook. You may need to drive company vehicles to deliver materials or tools to assist crews in the field, which requires a clean driving record. This position will initially start out as part-time 20hrs/week (8:30am – 12:30pm??). This position can become a full-time employment opportunity.
