We are currently looking for a BASE ADMINISTRATOR to run the office portion of our Anchorage operation. The right candidate must be able to work independently, take initiative to get tasks done without a lot of direction, have the ability to balance responsibilities, and have great customer service skills. The Base Administrator is crucial to the success of our operations, and we are looking for stability, longevity, and someone that is looking to grow with the company, and within the position.
REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, must be able to multi-task, complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion, provide excellent customer service, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be a clear and effective communicator.
EXPERIENCE: 2 or more years experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or a comparable position.
SKILLS: 1) Ability to complete time sensitive reports 2) Experience with Payroll 3) Ability to screen/interview new hire candidates 4) Manage the phones effectively 5) Generate and properly maintain employee files 6)Complete special projects as assigned by manager 7) Experience with billing
QUALITIES: Friendly, professional, team-oriented, & self-directed. Able to stay focused on task, while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Needs to be flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize.
