Inventory Clerk Reports to Safety Manager, General Manager and Controller. Keeps accurate records for all inventory. *Place orders for over 400 items used. Tracking and receiving products. Use of our SAP system. Completes inventory, controls costs of shipments by consolidating items with others etc. Data entry as needed for orders. Many other duties will be assigned. 1. monitor materials or supplies 2. operate business machines 3. confer with engineering, technical or manufacturing personnel 4. fill out business or government forms 5. maintain records, reports, or files 6. provide customer service 7. use computers to enter, access or retrieve data 8. use oral or written communication techniques 9. examine documents for completeness, accuracy, or conformance to standards 10. relay information to proper officials 11. confer with customer representatives 12. maintain inventory of office forms 13. direct and coordinate activities of workers or staff 14. confer with vendors 15. manage inventories or supplies 16. examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications 17. arrange delivery schedules 18. estimate materials or labor requirements 19. compile equipment operational data 20. coordinate production materials, activities or processes 21. read work order, instructions, formulas, or processing charts 22. complete record of production 23. requisition stock, materials, supplies or equipment *Must have at least high school education or equivalent. Required to understand and feel comfortable with Lotus, Excel and Quickbooks. Willing to learn new customized software. *Math test, Pre-hire drug screen, physical and Criminal background checks will also be preformed. *Available to work as early as 6-7 am, Tuesday through Saturday. Dependable, must have good work ethics, and a desire to learn as well as the ability to work alone and unsupervised. *Must be prepared to interview at time of application.
