RECEPTIONIST / dispatch We have an Immediate Opening for full-time (Mon - Sat) Non Smoking office. Very Busy High traffic phone- 4 Lines to answer,Take messages. Receiving email dispatches and calling those customers to set appointments for service calls. Entering all calls and appointment information in data base. Must be friendly and understanding but be able to stick within company guidelines with customers. Strong customer service skills a plus. High Energy needed. Applicant must be familiar with multi-line phones, fax/copy machine, and basic office skills. Strong verbal, grammar, organizational & phone skills essential. Bookkeeping a plus. Qualified applicant must be very punctual, 100% attendance and detail oriented.
