Responsibilities include: - Coordinates the Executive Director's schedule and activities; - Attends all meetings of the UOSA Board of Directors, prepares minutes of the meetings and maintains minute books for the public record; - Completes correspondence including letters, regulatory reports and related items, and dispatches documents to appropriate parties; - Establishes and maintains filing system for correspondence, reports, regulatory requirements, project documentation and historical documents; - Maintains confidential letters, reports, personnel actions, and privileged information between the Executive Director, Legal Counsel and other professional entities; - Stays current at all times on the status of projects and activities involving the Executive Director.

Compensation: 32k - 74k
