JOB DESCRIPTION Clerical Support - REPORTING TO: Project Manager PRIMARY DUTIES Provide administrative and clerical support for the Infrastructure Manager and Project Engineers. Including the data management for the project for HSE training coordination. Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative duties that may include typing, record keeping, answering phones, preparing correspondence and processing various documents. Ordering office supplies. work on special projects, take meeting minutes, perform data entry Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. This position requires a positive attitude, the ability to prioritize, and a keen eye for detail. Multi tasking abilities are essential as candidates must be able to go from one project to another without skipping a beat Intermediate MSOffice Word, Excel skills.
