We are growing very quickly and I need to hire Consultants. A Consultant is an independent agent who helps people sell their children's things - a consignment store from home. Consultants take care of the entire sales process, from taking the pictures to listing items for sale to completing the final sales transactions. Why We've Created this Position: Since our launch in October 2008, we have been growing extremely rapidly. In the past three months we've experienced a 260% increase in reach and a 530% increase in page views. We've been very fortunate to get great media coverage and have quite a bit more media scheduled in the near future. We currently have interest from three national magazines and expect these stories to bring a high volume of new clients for our Consultants to manage. Our goal is to have as many Consultants in place before any national stories are released. The Successful Candidate: Our Consultants must be self-starters who can manage their clients with minimal supervision from their Regional Manager (me). They should be outgoing, creative, energetic, reliable, flexible and have an entrepreneurial spirit. The hours are flexible, primarily during the daytime (most Consultants turn out to be stay at home moms). Where We Need Coverage: My region consists of PA, NJ, NYC, CT, DE & MD but I am specifically looking for individuals in the Wilmington & Newark Areas.
