Responsibilities include: · Position communicates with field operations in all locations and receives payment for services from customers that do not have a billing account set-up. · Position is responsible for processing a high volume of non-cash payments, including pre-authorized transit checks or credit card payments. · Provides confirmation of payment to field operations. · Perform payment research on overpayments, misapplied, insufficient funds, etc. Required Skills: · Excellent data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail · Experience with US Bank/Elavon Merchant Services or other point-of-sale web portals · 1-2 years of payment processing experience · Excellent communication skills Location: Dover Compensation: BOE Principals only.
