Looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 1 year related experience and a strong knowledge in medical records with experience in patient registration and scheduling in a physician office setting. This individual must be able to thrive under pressure, will be responsible for preparation of all charts for scheduled appointments, process dictation recieved for any errors or missing information, process all medical records requests, file back charts on a daily basis. This person must have a valid drivers license and will be responsible for the courier service between 2 offices and any storage requests. This is a high stress, fast paced office and requires an employee that can thrive in this environment. This individual must have the ability to multi-task and be very flexible, must be a forward thinker and be able to learn on the job with minimal supervision/direction.
