Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Location: Community Partnerships of Idaho, Inc. Nampa Office
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $8.00/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
• Acts as operator/receptionist for the office
• Operates multi-line telephone system
• Receives, sorts, and routes mail
• Completes other office duties as assigned
• Always demonstrates patience, tact, courtesy, and a spirit of cooperation with dealing with individuals, including co-workers, other agency personnel, government employees, and outside vendors
Requirements:
• Previous handling of multi-phone system preferred
• Previous experience using Microsoft Excel & Word
• Positive oral communication skills, in person and on the phone
