Responsibilities: - Manage calendar and contact maintenance. - Oversee and coordinate all aspects of travel including: Air, ground transportation and hotel. - Partner with in house and external parties to coordinate meetings and conference calls. - Process Monthly Expense Reports. - Manage distribution of financial documents. - Execute preparation of business documents. - Participate in ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 months experience as an Executive Assistant. - Expertise in executing travel arrangements and meeting planning. - Extensive experience in calendar management ( Outlook). - Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and follow up skills. - Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi task while exhibiting exemplary interpersonal skills. - Excellent computer skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft office. - Bachelor?s degree from accredited University or College. - Experience working in financial area preferred.
