ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Responsible for answering telephone, screening calls, taking messages, responding to internal and external inquiries, and providing routine information within scope of authority for the VPP. 2) Responsible for typing and composing memorandums, letters, forms, procedures, contracts, PowerPoint presentations, other documents and correspondence, as well as grammatically reviewing, formatting and proofreading reports. 3) Responsible for scheduling, organizing and coordinating meetings, including travel, transportation and hotel arrangements, coordination, preparation and distribution of materials, agendas, notes, handouts, etc. 4) Responsible for functioning as administrative liaison to external vendors, teachers, grantees and consultants and handle confidential information with utmost discretion. 5) Responsible for establishing and maintaining Program records and files containing confidential and sensitive information. 6) Responsible for tracking Memorandums of Understanding and Certificates of Insurance for Program Partner Organizations (Boarding and Day Scholarship Program, Partners in Learning, and Learning Support.) 7) Responsible for providing backup to Program team colleagues. 8) Responsible for assisting with other special projects, as assigned.
