Will be responsible for:
• keeping office organized,
• answering phones,
• emailing,
• faxing,
• handling tenant questions and concerns,
• resolving problems,
• writing up leases,
• taking payments,
• data entry,
• filing,
• writing and delivering notices,
• performing cleaning checks,
• processing applications,
• calling references,
• Organizing reports,
• showing properties,
• assisting the manager as needed.
The qualified applicant will need to be honest, reliable, detail oriented. Good written and verbal skills needed. Some experience is required; experience in property management is preferred but not a must. The qualified applicant must undergo a criminal background/credit check.
Location: Orem/Provo
Compensation: 8/hr
