We currently have one attorney, and two legal assistants. We are looking for a candidate to be our "go to" person with respect to management of assessment collection cases. The position has autonomy, client contact, and challenge. Responsibilities include verification of intake information, drafting correspondence, providing status reports, follow-up communication, legal research and drafting court pleadings. Applicants must be skilled in Word, Excel and Outlook with excellent written and oral communication skills. Must pass background check, as honesty, responsibility, and motivation are highly valued.
