Large financial firm is looking to hire a Mailroom/Office Assistant. The successful candidate will run errands when needed, lift boxes, sort and distribute mail, and maintain all functions of the mailroom. There will also be occasional office duties, like keeping files organized, faxing and copying documents, signing packages and acting as the point person for all office supplies. Occasionally may need to help out in the office with phone coverage or create Word or Excel documents.
