Part Time Office Admin needed. GreenSavers is a local and fast growing company focused on Energy Efficient Testing and Retrofits for residential and commercial customers throughout Oregon. We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant. Your responsibilities will include: o Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables (Quickbooks experience a plus) o Customer Invoicing o Payroll Processing o Customer Reporting and Bidding for Energy Efficiency Audits o Customer Rebates and Tax Credit processing o Appointment scheduling o Customer follow up and reminder calls We are looking for you if you have the following skills and experience: o Quickbooks o Attention to detail is a must o Ability to work independently o Ability to problem solve quickly and with little supervision o Customer Service experience (previous sales experience a plus) o Ability to streamline processes to maximize work flow efficiency o Green/Sustainable Building experience, a plus but not necessary o Construction office experience, a plus, but not necessary Salary: $12-$15/hour depending on experience Hours: 12 – 16 hours per week with possibility for full time.
