Looking for a full time administrative assistant that has good people skills, self motivated, and organized. Bookkeeping skills required. At least 3 years experience. Must be able to do payroll, account payables and receivables. Must be accurate and good with numbers. Will be doing some commercial property management. Benefits available

Commercial Property Management:
1. Touring properties weekly doing inspections for upkeep, and communicating with tenants on needs.
2. Scheduling maintenance work.
Payrolls: Processing of one large company of 35 employees and 6 small companies
