Principal Responsibilities: Financial Assistance • Implementing financial templates using field financial information • Accounts payables and receivables • Bank reconciliations • Assisting Financial Manager with data entry related to cash forecasts and advance requests, budget forms, grant financial reporting and project financial reporting. Administrative/Operations Assistance • Provide general office administrative/operational support to the Bozeman office staff. • Maintain grant deadline and detail database. • Assist Operations Manager as needed with administrative details related to HR, communications, meeting and event planning, and travel. • Assist staff with IT and general office equipment issues Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years accounting or bookkeeping experience, including 2 years QuickBooks experience in multiple capacities. • Excellent computer skills with a strong emphasis on Excel spreadsheet applications, Networking, Internet databases, and Windows operating systems • Experience in organizing paper flow and time management, working independently at several tasks at once. • Self-starter with an ability to set priorities, organize time efficiently, and work independently at several tasks at once. • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures. • A Bachelor degree in Accounting, Biology, Social Science, Information Technology, or Administration Apply at http://www.wcs.org/about-us/careers.aspx Location: Bozeman Compensation: depending on experience This is at a non-profit organization.
