Must be organized, focused and conscientious to manage all work. Very light phones, rare incoming visitors, must be a self starter and willing to work independently much of the time. Heavy banking work and maintaining several ledgers. Process daily mail and anything incoming to office, weekly bill paying, property management experience a plus. Monthly tenant invoicing, receive rent, rent collection, tenant record keeping and occasional arrangement of service vendors. Make several scheduled tax payments for multiple states. Attention to detail important, many details to learn. Your car for possible daily errands w/mileage reimbursement. Intermediate+ computer experience with MS Office, scanning ability desired as well as digital photo work; download, upload, print ordering, little editing.
