The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the President and CEO. Core responsibilities include: managing the President's business and personal calendar, including arranging and scheduling meetings, appointments and conferences; arranging travel itineraries, hotel, air and ground transportation; special projects and preparing and maintaining expense accounts. This position requires exceptional MS Office Skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. At least seven to ten years experience is required as an Executive Assistant, supporting executive level management. The candidate MUST have prior experience supporting a CEO or Senior Vice President. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of tact, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be proactive vs. reactive in thinking. Flexibility and adaptability to change direction instantly also required. Additional responsibilities include running errands and attending to other personal tasks.
