Our satellite branch is a medium sized subcontractor operating out of Colonial Drive. We are Searching for a Admin Office / Receptionist or an Admin assistant. Parttime/Fulltime 20-40 hours per week. Possition Responsibilities: -As part of your tasks you need to call Customer on a daily basis. -Good data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet searches. -Greet Client.. -Another facet of this role will include Handling all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and faxes. Requirements: -Our schedules are very flexible, including nights and weekends. -Must be a Group player and able to work independently. -Excellent communication is desired.
