The Account Coordinator?s responsibilities will be as follows: Job Responsibilities: - Providing sales support? answering questions for internal sales and external customers. - Inputting and closing work orders. - Running reports and verifying for correctness. - Monthly end close procedures. - Generating weekly Invoices - Follow up on pending jobs, collecting missing paperwork. - Preparing job packets for production and project management readiness. - Inputting, closing, and filing of work orders and generating weekly Invoices - Running reports and verifying for correctness. - Accurate and timely completion of month end close procedures. - Follow up on pending jobs and collecting missing paperwork. - Providing sales support? answering questions for internal sales and external customers.
Location: Alaska
Compensation: 29k - 63k
