Job Description: 1. Requires familiarity with the terminology of the office unit; 2. Responsible for data administration, mail management and operations, library management and operations, and forms management; 3. Coordinates through the State Office Records Manager with National Archives and Records Administration regarding overall management of Bureau records; 4. Coordinates with technical staff to assure records needs are effectively addressed; 5. Coordinates, compiles and tracks all FOIA inquiries and Privacy Act issues with appropriate divisions. Requirements: 1. Must have at least 3 years direct experience as a General Clerk II or equivalent; 2. Must type at least 40 wpm; 3. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to quickly learn any new software; 4. Must have a clean record - no DUIs, misdemeanors or felonies going back to age 18; 5.
