We have an immediate F/T opening for an outgoing, self-confident, friendly, people-oriented receptionist for a small naturopathic office. Skills Required: • Professional demeanor • Proficient with screening incoming telephone calls for doctor(s) • Ability to multi-task • 1-2 years experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel • Ability to type with above average grammar skills Skills Preferred (but not required): • Experience with Quickbooks Pro software • 2-3 years experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel • Collect and account for payments by credit cards, checks and cash. This position must be very organized and have the ability to work independently. Mandatory background, drug and reference checks will be performed. Ideal candidate will manage front desk by answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining a log of events, contacting patients to confirm appointments, and collecting and accounting for payments from patients. Must be proficient in Windows operating system and possess the ability to quickly learn various online applications. Location: Tulsa, OK Compensation: Starting pay $8.50/hr. Six-month probation.
