Responsibilities: - Schedule meetings and interviews: coordinate schedules, secure conference room, order catering, and prepare meeting materials. - Maintain and purchase office supplies and equipment. Ensure kitchen is fully stocked with goodies. - Maintain conference room schedules and master key system for office. - Assist with new hire preparation: set up office/cubicle space, order business cards, update org charts and directories. - Maintain appearance of lobby, kitchen and other common areas within office. - Provide project support to office. - Answer phones, greet visitors, sort mail and faxes, and run errands. Skills & Experience: Our ideal candidate will have at least six months administrative experience, including meeting coordination, in combination with two or more years of college. Plus: - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) required. - Superior organization and prioritization skills, with high initiative and follow through. - Ability to coordinate multiple assignments, prioritize workloads, and problem solve. - Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, internet research and navigation, and email applications. - Ability to exercise good judgment and utilize discretion when handling confidential information. - driver?s license, insurance and vehicle for errands.
