I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Rent includes water, garbage, internet and phone, your own bathroom (shared only by guests). Power is separate, and will be split 50/50. It is generally about $70/month each in the winter, and $30-35/month in the summer. The house is fully furnished, except the bedroom. There is a large backyard, plenty of room in the garage for storage if you need it. I have 2 cats and you are welcome to bring your cat or dog (must be cat friendly!!)
