Ok, I posted this a few weeks ago and got 108 responses, so this time lets stream line things. Please write a para graph describing why your awesome, and how our house will be awesomer with you in it. Also if you are a couple, thats cool, but your rent will be slightly higher. Garage is currently divided into two, a pseudo bed room and some house storage space. Both spaces will be technically yours, and you may rearrange things as you see fit, however some space must be set aside for house storage. Space is perfect as a practice space if you are in a band, or as studio space if your an artist.Garage has Queen mattress on box spring, and some scrap carpet on floors. There is also a couch at your disposal. We do have a heater available it only has one setting, ON. It does get cold, however you are welcome to be in the house as much as you would like (you may even sleep inside if it gets too cold). Please be responsible,respectable, Neat but not a neat-freak, 21-30, with steady income, Students are great. House stays mostly quite but has a 5am rager about every other month or so (Street Medic Benefit Party). GLBT ok, and intolerance of any kind will not be tolerated (even intolerance of intolerant people). Currently one male and two females residing, would prefer male just to keep things even, but other qualities will take precedence over gender. Must re-cyle and compost.
