It's a two bedroom apartment with a good sized living room and kitchen located right downtown Olympia on 4th Ave. It has really nice, tall, western facing windows with views of the bay, the capitol, sunsets. Close to buslines, and blocks away from the Transit Center. Near many downtown restaurants and bars, etc. All utilities included in the rent. $100 dollar deposit. Rent is month to month. This place is over a hundred years old and quite charming. The common spaces are furnished, but the open room will be empty. Pets are not allowed in the building.
