So I live in a townhouse thats apart of a community near TESC. The townhouse has three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and downstairs is a living room/dining room/kitchen. I have two cats, one is 8 months old, female and soon to be spayed and the other is 1 year old and neutered. Since the maximum number of cats is 2 and the landlady doesn't allow dogs we cannot have any more pets, sorry. In the backyard is a garden thats in the process of being completed. A lot of the community puts in work to help get the garden off the ground and your very welcome to have some space in the garden for your own plants. We are a very friendly group of people and love to get together to cook dinner or play basketball/hacky sac/etc. Starting July 1st we have a room open in our townhouse, the medium room which rents for 400/mo (plus the landlady will want a 300 or so security deposit). You'll be living with me and my roommate, 19 and 29, a boy and a girl, respectively. We keep a clean house, not OCD clean, and try to keep things nice looking and organized. Expect to hear music most days, I like to listen to a lot of reggae, ska, metal, and folk; melissa likes to listen to rock and hip hop and we both play electric guitar/bass. I cook dinner most nights and am always welcoming contributions to the table, food is a great way to bring people together. My roommate is vegetarian, I try to make meals appropriate for everyone.
