I have a 4 br 2.5 bath home out in the country on Johnson Point. I live and work downstairs and have two very private bedrooms and a private bath upstairs. I am looking to rent the entire upstairs to a single person. The area is very quite and the home very nice, almost new construciton and large. Shared kitchen and laundry rooms. I have lots of land and a large lawn but no fence. My Black Lab Shadow has the run of the house so if you if you don't like playing fetch be forewarned she will not take no for a answer... I would like to find someone who is past the party stage and mature. On the flip side this house has a lot of stairs.... I don't really need the rent so it would be nice to find someone with something in common... As for me I'm about 50, divorced and spend a lot of time in my shop.
