Experienced two-person team needed to manage a total of over 80 apartments in two apartment buildings. This position does require that the managers live on-site, and a three-bedroom, two-bath apartment is included in the compensation package.Candidates must have leasing skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, upbeat personality, and strong attention to detail. Maintenance skills needed include plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, drywall, and other basic skills. May also consider an individual for this position if the person has both the maintenance experience and the leasing and administrative background, but strong preference will be given to teams.
