Locally owned Property Management company seeking an enthusiastic, organized, ambitious person to join our team for our Residential Property Manager Position. We are a young, energetic, and rapidly growing office located in west Boise. We specialize in leasing and management of residential properties. Candidates should be career oriented, as management portfolios and residual incomes grow over time. MORE THAN TWO YEARS OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. A college degree is desirable but not required. Great earning potential, but again- for a serious and committed professional. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential homes and small apartments. The Property Manager is responsible for daily management and coordination of all aspects related to the portfolio’s operations including monitoring service providers, resident relations, leasing and marketing efforts, and budget oversight. Specific Responsibilities Include: Property showings Prospective & current resident calls Qualify prospective residents Quality control of prospects and lease renewals Leasing Move-ins/move-outs Assist eviction processes Security deposit adjustments Handle and delegate maintenance requests Vendor relations Assessing lease violations Marketing and advertising Handle and delegate emergency phone calls Supervise leasing agent(s) Rent collection Job Requirements: Sales/leasing and 2 years of property management experience Strong leasing and marketing skills are a must Industry certifications are a plus Excellent organization and communication skills Must be familiar with Fair Housing Laws Ability to train, develop, lead and mentor a high-functioning team of leasing consultants Warm, engaging, inviting personality Friendly, energetic, with great people skills Easily connect with a variety of people Excellent at both phone and in-person sales Appearance and demeanor appropriate for upscale properties and clientele Self-motivated and hard-working High-energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and using the internet We are an equal opportunity employer.
