My husband and I are getting ready to move to Sacramento as his job is moving him there, and we would like to be closer to family. We own a 2 bedroom 1 bath Mobile home in a Mobile home park about 1 mile north of Bend. Ideal for a new couple starting out... Or someone on there own. Included is: Stove Refrigerator 2 air condition units one in living room, one in main bedroom washing machine weed waker lawnmower Electric fireplace All of the above items work. The moble unit itself is in decent shape. The roof needs to be repainted but other then that... its nice. The water heater works very well, and it has a storage space, or could even be an extra bedroom if a little work was done to it. It also has a metal storage unit that isnt connected to the mobile. There is a carport that can hold 2 cars in it, and cover a part of a third car. There is a pond that isnt currently running, in the backyard, but also wouldnt take much to get it running... however we dont have the time. there is a good sized grass area in the back yard, as well as in the front, and a small deck as well. The yard has a sprinkler system built in. About the park: Its very child oriented... many families live here, and the neighborhood is always quiet at 10pm as it should be. The neighbors are all very nice, and it is mandatory to keep your place looking nice. You will have to go through a mandatory background/criminal check through the park managers (which are on site) The space rent is $330.00 a month... which includes water, sewer, garbage. One thing also.. the park will allow you to have cats, bunnies, indoor pets like fish or hamsters... but no dogs. I have gotten replies to this, but people have dogs, so just a heads up on that.
