Position Description: "The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by utilizing the company's non-negotiable selling standards. Hours of availability must be flexible including nights and weekends. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting daily Units Per Transaction and Average Transaction goals. The Sales Associate is also responsible for product merchandising, safeguarding company assets, completing sales transactions and maintaining a clean, neat and presentable store environment.
