I have access to supplies/ tools and help from friends/church to make the place livable if need be. Unable to get bank financing/ debt/ income ratio.. No down payment I was offered one by home buyers class, but credit not perfect.. again due to debt/income ratio, not because I am bad with finances. I'm in over my head with renting, struggling to survive. I am looking for a place to live full time/ year round as our residence. Will accept Princeton, Baring, Baileyville, Alexander, Waite, Crawford, Wesley, Cooper, Meddybemps... within that general area. No CALAIS please! Willing to pay for all legal documentation/ fees.
