We are looking for an easy going roommate who is reasonably clean,cool with pets and drug free! Would like to be friends with my roommates and do "roommate" activities together although not necessary. Rent is $425 a month plus 1/3 of utilities (typically under $100 each). The room is in the NW (Cheyenne and Rampart) in a cute 3 bedroom house. Easy 95 and 215 access; about 15 min to the strip. The room shares a large bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout the house with carpet in the bedrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen, house is furnished and cutely decorated! The room is available NOW! About me: I am a 25 year old single female with 2 med. sized (mostly outdoor or in my room) dogs. I am fun, laid back, responsible, and not a fan of drama. I work all the time; typically from 8-8 M-F so am not home too often. I also spend a lot of weekends out of town (Utah) but on the weekends Im in town, I like to go out with my friends (to places like Wasted Space, Body English, Stoneys, or a local bar) or even having a few people over for bbqing and beer pong, but definately dont have a party house or don't consider myself a party animal. Also, I am people friendly, so dont care if you are gay or straight. Other roommate is a 21 year old single female. She is really fun,outgoing and respectful. She is also really easing going and gets along with everyone- couldnt ask for a better roommate!!
