Hello! There are two of us in this three bedroom house. I'm a 30 year old male and work as a programmer. I'm also in school full time. I have a little red dog that can't stop wagging her tail. My roommate is 25ish and works as a cosmetologist. We're both pretty quiet and hardly ever there. The new roommate would share a bathroom with my female roommate. The house has a very large backyard with a basketball hoop and a grill, laundry machines and motorcycle parking in the garage, cable TV in all rooms, wired internet in all rooms, and wireless internet. We are responsible and are looking for the same in a roommate. I've heard about people who got kicked out because their landlord got foreclosed on or their internet got turned off because the landlord couldn't afford it. There's absolutely no chance of that happening here. With me you know the utilities will always stay on and appliances will remain working.
