rent includes utilities and full run of the house, i.e. kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless internet, ceiling fans through out, big screen TV and backyard with a pool. We are a middle age couple,she works and spends most of her time in California, and I works nights averaging a 13 hour work shift. We have one cat and not looking to expand on that.
