My current roommate is moving out and I need to find someone to move in around the middle of February. I own a condo on the Northwest side of town, near Cheyenne and Rainbow. The condo area has a pool area and fitness room. The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a washer/dryer and patio. My roommate gets her own bedroom and bathroom, both fully furnished (unless it is not needed, in which case I will move the stuff out). The rent covers all utilities including water, gas, power and cable. I have regular cable (channel 1-74 or something) and a DVR. I am a 26 year old female and I have three cats - it is really not as much as some people think. My cats are friendly. I work during the day and don't have crazy parties at my house or anything. I would prefer to live with another female (age doesn't matter). I am an average clean person - not a neat freak nor a slob. I am respectful of others property and won't eat your food or use your stuff. You can smoke as long as you use the patio.
