I know living with roommates isn’t always easy!!! One of the toughest things about living with a new roommate is the fact that there is rarely any of your own space, besides your bedroom? What if, for MUCH MUCH less than the price of a studio or small one bedroom apartment in a bad neighborhood, you could rent basically an entire floor (downstairs) in a 2 year old 3800 square foot house in a brand new subdivision? Wouldn’t you reply to this posting because all the above is true + you get to live with only one other person and his cat, no frat house or dorm style? Here are some other things about you that are required. 1. You are Professional, clean, NON-SMOKER (outside is acceptable). 2.
